How to Be Happy, Healthy, Wealthy, And Wise


Do not let the length fool you … the exercise itself is quite simple to do and very effective. The secret is commitment and monitoring. Like anything in life, if you want to reap the results you should be prepared to do the job … apply the technique on a daily basis and continues … not just for one week. It should not be something big, as a matter of fact small bites are the way forward. The theory here is that small changes consistent over time will lead to massive results. As each of us is unique, we have different things that make us happy. The problem is that we see the happiness that this huge concept depends on many external factors that we resign ourselves to the fact that happiness is for fairy tales or is dependent on achieving a specific result or outcome. Nothing could be further from the truth. The real happiness comes from the appreciation of what we, the little things that we take for granted on a daily basis. Focus on those things and happiness is a way of life. Do one thing every day that make you happy, makes you smile. If eating salami sandwiches makes you happy, then eat salami sandwiches. If dancing makes you happy, then turn on the radio and dance. If you play with your kids makes you happy, then make time to play with your children. If watching a sunset makes you happy, then turn to watch a sunset in your day-timer and make sure you are, where you can see the sunset.

Spend five minutes every morning when you wake up and just before going to bed and the list of 10 things you are grateful. It does not matter what it is, the only thing that matters is that you are focused on what makes you happy and you do something every day to carry out this discussion.


As for happiness, good health is all about making the right choices and doing the right things. Health is not to live a life of deprivation and abstinence and not having to be a difficult challenge. You can do anything and eat anything as long as it is in moderation. Even too much of a good something is not right for you. Do one thing every day that contributes to your overall health. It may be taking the stairs instead of using the elevator or escalator. Cut back by a cup of coffee a day and / or use half the sugar as you do in your cup of coffee. Eat fruits for breakfast. For example, playing tag with your children can meet your daily activities for both happiness and health. If dance is something that makes you happy, then you are by default better health that you are getting happier. It need not be difficult, you do not have a gym membership expensive fantasy. Increasing your wealth or add to your wealth is not as difficult as you may think. It can be done through daily choices and behaviors that drive your asset strategy. To put it as simply as possible, you should ensure you have money in the end, not the month at the end of the money. Some daily activities you can do to help your assets could be buying products generic rather than branded products, or buy in bulk stores like Costco or Price Club. Other activities that could help you financially would be to read on asset management and learn about investment techniques and appropriate strategies. Remember, nobody will take care of your money as you want. Rely on experts when needed, but to reduce your dependence on them as much as possible.

Remember that cup of coffee you cut your daily routine why not use the money saved by not buying that latte (sorry Starbucks) to create wealth for yourself. I know this seems a little far fetched, but if you put three to five dollars a day you save by buying one less coffee a day in interest-bearing investment or mutual funds, you will be amazed at the long-term financial benefit you will receive. Five dollars a day may not seem like much, but over a year, this means an additional $ 1825 of savings and any interest you earn.
