Ayurvedic Approach to Treat Erectile Dysfunction in Men!!!

erectile dysfunction or ED, can be a total inability to achieve erection, an inconsistent to do so, or a tendency to sustain only brief erections. ED usually has a physical cause. ED is treatable at any age. Many men have been seeking help and and return to normal sexual activity because of improved, effective treatments for ED. Older men, ED usually has a physical cause, such as the effects of disease, injury or drug side allopathic. Any disorder that causes damage to the nerves or blood flow decreases the penis has the potential to cause ED.

Incidence of ED increases with age. About 5 percent 40 years, men and between 15 and 25 percent of the experience of 65 years, ed. However, it is not an inevitable part of aging. About 68 percent of patients with erectile dysfunction were diagonised or with hypertension (high BP), hyperlipidemia, diabetes or depression.

Causes of erectile dysfunction:

Between 35 and 50 percent of men with diabetes experience ED. Surgery, injury to the penis, spinal cord, prostrate, bladder, and pelvis can lead to erectile dysfunction. In addition, many allopathic medicines such as antihypertensives, antihistamines, antidepressants, tranquilizers, appetite suppressants and some anti-ulcer drugs can cause ED. Also psychological factors like stress, anxiety, guilt, depression, low self-esteem and fear of sexual failure cause 10 to 20 percent of ED cases.

Other possible causes are Smoking, which affects blood flow in the veins and arteries, and hormonal abnormalities, such as lack of testosterone. Both smoking and obesity were found to be associated with a higher risk of developing ED among previously healthy men with good erectile function.

Ayurvedic Herbs used in the treatment of ED:

Gokhshura (Tribulus terresteris): It has been used for centuries in Ayurveda to treat impotence, venereal disease and sexual debility. Recent studies have shown that testosterone levels by increasing the student Gokhshura gonadotropin.
